The cost for the reprints are 4 for $1.00, minimum of 20 reprints, plus a modest shipping and handling fee of $2.75 on orders of 20-50 reprints, $4.00 on orders of 51-100 reprints and $5.50 for orders over 100 reprints.

Subscriptions will begin with the current issue unless otherwise noted. If the current issue is sold out, subscription begins with the following issue. Please note that subscriptions outside of the United States will also be required to pay a minimum of $12.00 per year to cover added shipping costs. Costs vary from country to country.
- Subscriptions shipped within the U.S. are shipped via Fourth Class Mail.
- All subscriptions shipped outside of the U.S. will include a minimum of $12.00 per year to cover the added postage.
- Article reprints will be shipped within 60 days. Shipping and handling rates for the reprints are as follows:

Checks returned for non-payment will be subject to a $25.00 collection fee in addition to the total amount of the check.

On gift orders, include the name, address and telephone number of the person you wish to receive your gift subscription. You may include a personal message to accompany your gift.
